Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Your reservation is confirmed once payment is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with meeting details and a receipt.

For private groups, an invoice may be issued with payment due dates. Unpaid invoices may result in automatic cancellation after the due date.

Full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start. Within 24 hours, rebooking may be offered subject to availability.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds. If we cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or an option to rebook.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Participants agree to follow guide instructions and local regulations for sidewalks and crossings. qyrutau.top

Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking tours. You are responsible for personal belongings during the tour.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

Tours operate in light rain or snow. In severe weather, we will contact you with options.

If severe weather triggers cancellation by us, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour.

You acknowledge inherent risks associated with outdoor walking tours. By participating, you accept these risks and agree to release us from claims except where prohibited by law.

We collect only necessary booking data and do not sell personal information. Cookies are used for essential site functionality and analytics with your consent.
